Program Description:
Located at the heart of the Alps, the Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA) consists of several institutions offering different subjects and fields of study, all open to exchange students. Institutions that might be suitable for MSU students include:
  • Université Joseph Fourier in Grenoble is a leading University of Science, Technology and Health. A variety of science and engineering courses are available at UJF, but most are taught are in French. Some biology, chemistry, math and physics courses may be available in English.
  • Université Stendhal offers instruction in Foreign languages and cultures, Ancient and modern literature, Language Sciences and Communication Sciences, to everyone interested in these multiple and rich disciplines covering the human and social sciences and the humanities.
Université Grenoble Alpes also offers an affordable Science Summer School. This program focuses on Engineering and Physics taught in English and a French language and culture course. MSU students will pay a discounted rate for the program and would be responsible for housing, travel and personal expenses. To learn more about this program, click here.
