Program Description:
Mannheim is located in the center of the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region: at the intersection of the three federal states of Baden-Württemberg, Hessen and Rhineland-Palatinate, the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region is characterized by a unique blend of innovative enterprises, brilliant scientific research and highest quality of life. The University of Mannheim is recognized as one of the leading academic institutions in Germany and Europe. The Business School is the first institution in Germany to be accredited by the three most important organizations AMBA, AACSB and EQUIS. While there are a variety of electives available, the majority of your courses will need to be business related.

In 2016, Mannheim was ranked by the Times Higher Education (THE) as one of the top ten universities in Germany. It also received 102nd place worldwide, making it a top institution in the world.

It is the only German university that has adopted the more common academic calendar: the fall semester starts in September and ends in December (with all examinations finished by Christmas), whereas the spring semester starts in February and ends in June.

Mannheim also offers an affordable summer study abroad program, with a focus on business. To learn more, click here.
