Program Description:
Kumamoto University Short-Term Exchange Program is designed for students who are enrolled full-time at a university abroad and have foreign citizenship. The program offers undergraduate foreign students, who are interested in the Japanese language, Japanese and Asian society and culture, advanced science and technology, and interactions with foreign students, the chance to study for up to a year in Japan while still retaining their full-time status at their home universities. There are courses offered in English or Japanese.

Please pay special attention to the academic calendar, as it is different than the U.S. academic calendar.
