As part of the Montana State University International Travel Policy, all MSU students, faculty and staff traveling internationally that is organized, sponsored, or supported by the University must register their travel. Before you begin, collect the following information:
All MSU Faculty/Staff/Student participants are REQUIRED to purchase GeoBlue International Travel Insurance for their international travel program.
Group International Travel participants are REQUIRED to purchase GeoBlue International Travel Insurance. Group International Travel Leader will automatically enroll all participants.

- Color copy of biographical page of VALID passport. **MUST BE VALID 6 MONTHS AFTER TRIP RETURN **
- Electronic copy of GeoBlue insurance card
